Anna Tyrie - Actress - Singer

Originally from Southport, Actress Anna Tyrie has slowly worked her way towards the bright lights of London in pursuit of an acting career. Performing professionally for the past seven years in various venues, from cold school halls to the glorious Globe theatre, she is no stranger to hard work. Anna has travelled the length and breadth of the country, touring with many shows such as, ‘A Little Princess’, ‘The Chart Tribute Show’, ‘The Kosmic Krew’, ‘Charlottes Web’ and Shakespeare’s famous tragedy ‘Romeo and Juliet’. Most recently taking to the high seas as a vocalist with the Headliners Theatre Company aboard the P&O Artemis and P&O Aurora.

Anna trained in musical theatre at the Royal Academy of Music (sponsored by the Ian Fleming musical award, Lionel Bart Foundation, Sir Richard Stapley Educational Trust and Terry Goodridge). Previously atttending the Birmingham School of Acting, graduating in 2007 with a 1st class BA Honours Degree.

Anna also loves working in film and has this year been enjoying the international publicity of her latest film ‘Tomb Raider Ascension’, a fan film in which she played Lara Croft.

Anna began her career in pantomime seven years ago with M & M Theatrical Productions, in the show ‘Aladdin’ and she hasn‘t looked back since.
